The Enginuity Network Mentoring Program connects UMass Amherst engineering students with alumni mentors to accelerate career readiness and translate our revolutionary spirit into professional excellence. By fostering relationships grounded in shared values, we provide the experiential learning necessary for students to develop the critical competencies required to navigate complex challenges and serve the public interest.
