Our Vision

To cultivate a community of career-ready, purpose-driven engineers who embody the Riccio College of Engineering's revolutionary standard of graduates who lead with integrity, translate technical mastery into real-world impact, and advance the common good. We envision the Enginuity Network as the connective tissue between the College's educational mission, its alumni legacy, and the industries, research enterprises, and communities they serve; a program where every student-alumni relationship deepens inclusive excellence, activates professional possibility, and strengthens the College's standing as a global leader in engineering education and impact.

Our Mission 

The Enginuity Network Mentoring Program, coordinated through the Riccio College of Engineering Career Development and Experiential Learning Center, connects UMass Amherst engineering students with accomplished alumni mentors to accelerate career readiness and give concrete expression to the College's 2024–2034 Strategic Plan. By building authentic, values-grounded mentorship relationships across generations, professional disciplines, and lived experiences, we provide the experiential learning necessary for students to develop the full range of career competencies needed to navigate complex professional environments and contribute to engineering for the betterment of society.
