Mentees

The Enginuity Network is open to all Riccio College of Engineering undergraduates beginning in their sophomore year.

This is a student-driven program. You choose your mentor, you initiate the relationship, and you set the direction. The more curiosity and initiative you bring, the more you will gain.

What you can expect:

• One-on-one mentoring with an engineering alumnus whose career aligns with your interests.
• Guidance on career exploration, resumes, interviews, graduate school, and professional development.
• Opportunities to explore career paths and gain real-world perspective from someone who has been where you are.
• Conversation guides, goal-setting tools, and preparation resources through the Student Mentee Handbook.
• Support from the Career Center team throughout your mentoring journey.
