Welcome to the Enginuity Network. As an alumni mentor, you are part of a community of Riccio College of Engineering graduates who are investing in the next generation of engineers. Your experience, perspective, and willingness to share what you have learned are exactly what our students need.

The Enginuity Network operates on an evergreen model: you sign up once and remain part of the mentor network for as long as you choose to participate. Students browse mentor profiles each semester and reach out to alumni whose backgrounds align with their interests. You are never obligated to accept a request, and you control the pace and scope of every mentoring relationship.

Mentoring is not a one-way exchange. Alumni who participate consistently say the experience sharpens their own coaching and leadership skills, renews their connection to the profession, and gives back as much as it gives. Whether you graduated last year or thirty years ago, your perspective is what the student you would be matched with needs.
