Thank you for your interest in giving back to current engineering students here at UMass Amherst. 

We invite all alumni from the College of Engineering to participate in our mentoring program. Each semester, students can view the list of alumni, select one, connect with you, and begin the mentorship process. 

Time commitment is minimal. We ask that mentoring pairs interact at least 3 times over the semester via email, video call, phone, or in-person. At the end of the semester, your mentee is released back into the student pool, and another student can select you. 

Most pairs continue after the semester ends, as you may be their first professional industry contact. 

Please note, you can withdraw your name at any point.
